By using the Authenticator app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Data Security & Access

  • User data is stored locally on the user's own device only.
  • App developers, our company, and any third party can never access this data.
  • This data cannot be accessed without opening the app and passing the required access controls.

3. Subscriptions & Usage

  • The app offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans.
  • When any of these plans is purchased, users can add new authentication keys to the app.
  • If there is no active subscription, or if it has expired, new keys cannot be added; however, previously added keys remain visible and usable.

4. Use of the App

  • You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes
  • You must not use the app to generate unauthorized authentication codes
  • You are responsible for keeping your device and authentication secrets secure
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
  • You must not use the app to distribute malware or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Authenticator app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flag Apps and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions or errors, or that your authentication codes will be recoverable if you lose your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flag Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
